With the vast knowledge General Mills possess about consumer trends, product sales, category management, and industry statistics, sharing this vital information with customers can be a daunting task. Enter Perform Marketing Inc.

Working with Adobe Flash technologies, usability and best practices, Perform Marketing has been hired to design, engineer and develop an innovative knowledge platform for customers to access at leisure. The customer portal will be a central repository of key data segmented by geography, category, and product. The platform will focus on an innovative and user-friendly interface to section each of the information categories. Customers will be able to log into the system to see customer specific data available for viewing on-screen in graphical form or as download in Excel format.

The General Mills Canada Customer Portal will allow the firm to engage customers with usable information about consumer trends, category management and product sales in real-time. Armed with this data, customers will have the ability to forecast, evaluate marketing spend and execute various strategies.
